We are seeking a Master Data (MDM) Administrator to receive, analyze, and process supplier or customer master data. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills who want to contribute to a global, multinational company. You will work with various ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), troubleshoot data issues, and enhance both your technical and business knowledge, as well as analytical and interpersonal skills.

Upon successful selection, you will be assigned a specific role within the team (Global Audit, Data Specialist, or Bank Validation) and collaborate closely with others to complete projects, tasks, and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to internal requests and queries accurately within agreed timelines

Collaborate with the sales team and IT to ensure master data rules alignment

Support master data audits and ensure compliance with local, legal, and SOX requirements

Contribute to monthly KPI and audit reports; recommend process improvements

Participate in various projects and business transitions as required

Your Profile:

Secondary education or bachelor’s degree in Business or IT-related fields

1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome)

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience in finance, supply chain, IT, or as a data analyst is an advantage

Familiarity with ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP) is preferred
